正念训练在运动竞技领域应用述评

摘要 近些年,正念揭开了国内外心理学探究的浪潮,不论是在理论方面的研讨或是医生为病人诊断和治疗疾病的应用都获得了不错的成效。正念就是觉照,同时它也意味着深入地观察自己的心智活动,并不做评断。运用正念的训练方式,病人的烦闷、焦躁、抑遏等病状有所改善,同时对心理疾病的治疗有一定效果,并且对运动员的训练比赛成绩也有不小的助力。
