基于OPEN3000调度自动化系统的电力重要用户管理平台的设计及实现

摘要 结合目前普遍使用的调度自动化OPEN3000系统,将重要用户信息、用户电力接线图及重要用户事故应急处理预案纳入电子管理,建立了一套重要用户事故处理电子平台.当电网发生事故时,方便调控人员及时在线正确处理相关事故,为调控人员提供可靠的技术支撑;当重要用户发生停电事故时,可以有效减少调度处理时间,为快速恢复供电提供一定的技术保障,减少各方面损失.经过试运行,该平台具有安全、稳定等优点,可以有效减少调度人员在事故处理中的处理时长,具有很强的实用性. In combination with the dispatching automation OPEN3000 system currently used, the management of important information of users, the electric diagram of users, and the emergency response plans of users is computerized, and a set of important user accident handling electronic platform is established. When important user outage occurs, it can help settle related accidents online timely, and provide reliable technical support for control of personnel. When accident of important user occurs, it can effectively reduce the time needed to settle the problem, provide technical guarantee for the rapid restoration of power supply, and reduce the loss. After the test run, the platform proves to have advantages of safety and stability, which can effectively reduce the processing time of dispatch personnel in the accident process, and has a strong practical effect.
