摘要
依托智能公变监测系统,针对配电变压器负荷、电压质量、三相不平衡度、无功补偿情况进行在线监测和实时监控,实现对超载、过载、低电压,以及无功补偿不合格配电变压器的“早发现、早处理、早解决”,科学规划、制定年度配电网改造计划,有效降低了公司超载、过载、低电压等不健康配电变压器的比例,提高了配电网的精益化管理水平.
Relying on intelligent public transformer monitoring system, the study carries out on-line monitoring and real-time monitoring for transformer load, voltage quality, phase imbalance, reactive power compensation case, achieving "early detection, early treatment, early settlement" for overload, low voltage, reactive power compensation unqualified of the transformers, and scientifically formulating the transformation plan of annual distribution network. The results show that this management model can effectively reduce the proportion of overload, low voltage and other unhealthy transformers, and lean management of transformers is improved.
