电网运行方式改变时，有的供电用户会出现低电压的情况，针对这一现象，提出了利用配电网抢修平台对电压异常进行研判，以及主动调节预防低电压的处理方法，较好地解决了由于运行方式变化导致的低电压问题．

The change of operation mode causes the low voltage of some users. In view of this phenomenon,it is pointed out that the voltage can be studied and known on the platform of emergency rapair and some methods for dealing with active adjustment for prevening low voltage. The problem of low voltage can be solved relatively well.
