摘要
工具箱作为检修人员随身携带的物品,其工器具的遗漏不但关系到检修工作能否顺利完成,有时甚至会给变电所的安全运行带来隐患.通过改良传统工具箱的结构来实现工具箱的闭锁功能,在有工具遗漏的情况下使其箱盖不能闭锁,同时依据现有工器具的大小,设计了一种防遗漏工具箱,最终实现了工器具的防遗漏功能.
Toolbox, as portable items maintenance personnel not only has influence on whether the maintenance can be successfully completed because of the omission of the instruments, but sometimes even has hidden trouble to the safe operation of the substation. Through the improved structure of the traditional tools, the function of locking the toolbox is achieved so that the box cover can not be blocked when a tool is missing. At the same time on the basis of size of the existing instruments, a toolbox with the function of tool-missing prevention is finally designed.
