摘要
针对电力公司日常倒闸操作的需要，专门设计制作了一种实用型多功能操作票夹，它具有夹置A4纸张、查询时间、照明、搁置水性笔、录音笔等功能．主要介绍了这种票夹的设计理念、制作流程、功能作用，并指出了其推广价值以及为电力生产工作带来的无形效益．
In view of the daily switching operation in power companies, a practical multifunctional operating purse is designed which has the functions of sandwiching A4 paper, inquiring time, lighting, shelviing pen, voice recorder. The guiding principle of the design, producing process, and functions are described. The promotional value and intangible benefits of electric production are pointed out.
