为全面掌握公司生产、经营现状，深入了解企业发展中存在的突出问题，助推企业和电网发展方式的两个转变，国网浙江省电力公司试点开展基层供电企业统计一套表的填报工作，建立了统计一套表省市县分级管理机制，搭建了基层单位全业务覆盖、全景化展示的统计分析平台，实现了指标填报、检查审核、分析应用的全过程管理．

In order to fully grasp the company production and management situation, in-depth understanding of the outstanding problems existing in the enterprise development, boosting the two changes of enterprise and the power grid development mode, the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation carries out pilot projects of basic level power supply enterprise survey system in completing the work. A set of cities and counties of the statistical table of classification management mechanism is established. A statistical grass-root of unit full service and coverage, panoramic display analysis platform is built to realize the target filling, inspection, analysis and application of the whole process management.
