台区管理量化评价模型的设计及实践

Design and Practice of Quantitative Evaluation Model for Power Distribution Area Management

分析了传统台区管理中存在考核指标未分解、横向比较难量化以及管理随意性大的3方面不足，建立了一套以目标为导向、可量化、涵盖台区运检营销管理的台区评价模型，介绍了模型指标的选择原则及应用，并用实例验证了该模型的可行性．

Three shortcomings of traditional district management are analyzed, namely, the key index is not decomposed, and it is difficult to compare the quality of management and manager＇ s work is at random. The establishment of power distribution area is proposed to evaluate a set of goal oriented, quantifiable power grid inspection and marketing management model. The model index selection principle and the application are illusrated and the feasibility of the model is examplified.
