县级供电企业反违章管理的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of County Power Enterprises Management of Violations of Regulations

研究了县级供电企业现场反违章问题，分析了安全生产的现场作业现状，提出了“抓安全规章执行、抓基层自查自纠、抓现场到岗到位、抓准现场标准化作业、抓持卡检查落实、严厉打击各类违章、严格反违章对标”的“五抓二严”举措．实践结果表明，该措施具有较强的可操作性，符合安全生产实际要求．

Research is conducted on the county power supply enterprise site in violation of the relevant regulations. The present situation of safety production work is analyzed. The regulations of ＂grasping safety, grasping the grass-rootsself-examination and self correction, grasping the scene on duty, catching the local standardization task, grasping the implementation of the inspection, cracking down on various illegal, stricting anti-illegal operation＂ are put forward. The results indicate that the principles have strong operational potentials and meet the safety requirements
