摘要
大岗山水电站工程是国家西部大开发十大重点项目之一,工程建设施工难度高、参建队伍多、建设周期长、项目投资大。精细化管理作为全面推进工程建设的重要抓手和打造优质高效工程的重要推手,其主要内容有健全相应组织机构、制定具体措施,将工程建设逐一分解、量化为具体的数字、任务,在实施过程中与对标管理、管理效益"双提升"、数字大岗山等管理工作有机结合、高度融入,确保了大岗山水电站工程安全、质量、进度、投资、环保水保等可控在控。
Dagangshan Hydropower Station is one of the key projects in the program of developing west regions in China. Because of difficult construction, large amounts of construction staff, long construction period and large sum of investment, the fine management is carried out in the construction of Dagangshan project. As an important starting point to promote project construction and an important driving force for constructing high quality engineering, the main content of fine management includes perfecting corresponding organization and developing specific measures. In the implementation progress of fine management, the project construction is divided and quantized, and integrated with the management activities of benchmarking comparison, "double promotion" of management and efficiency and digital Dagangshan. The fine management ensures the safety, quality, progress, investment, environmental protection and water and soil conservation of Dagangshan Hydropower Station project under control.
