摘要
大岗山水电站是一座以发电为主的特大型水电工程,存在抗地震烈度水平高、坝体高、开挖边坡高、地下洞室大的"三高一大"建设特点。在近十年的项目技术质量管理过程中,以"精细化、标准化、数字化、专业化"为管理手段,同时,引入第三方技术质量咨询单位,实现了对项目的全方位质量监控,形成了富有大岗山特点的技术质量管理模式。
Dagangshan Hydropower Station is a super large hydropower project with main purpose of power generation. The construction of Dagangshan Project is influenced by technical problems of high seismic intensity, high dam, high slope excavation and huge underground caverns. The management mode of " Refinement, Standardization, Digitization and Professional" is taken in the technical quality management of project in nearly ten years, and at the same time, the third-party technical quality consulting is also introduced. These management measures realize a comprehensive quality control of project and form a Dagangshan teohnical quality management mode.
