Analysis on safety distance of dangerous cargo container yard in port area

科学合理地设定港口危险货物集装箱堆场与周边环境之间的安全距离,对于保障安全至关重要。结合港口特点,提出设定安全距离的原则与依据,参照借鉴有关法规标准,针对烟花爆竹集装箱、易燃气体与易燃液体罐式集装箱、其他危险货物集装箱堆场的安全距离进行说明与分析,并提出有关建议。

It is very important to set up scientific and reasonable safety distances between dangerous cargo con-tainer yard and the surroundings in port area to ensure safety. Combined with port characteristics, the principle andbasis of safety distances setting was proposed in this paper. Aiming at fireworks and firecrackers container, flamma-ble gas and flammable liquid tank container and the other dangerous cargo containers, safety distances of containeryard were illustrated and analyzed according to the relevant standards. Some related suggestions were put forward.
