摘要
为了全面评估停产雷达装备器材保障风险,给风险规避提供依据,从分析停产雷达装备器材保障风险因素入手,提出了一种基于改进风险矩阵法和层次分析法相结合的风险评估方法.该方法使用改进风险矩阵算法对二级风险指标进行评估,然后使用层次分析法逐级分析上层风险指标的风险等级,最终得出器材保障风险的综合量化值.应用实例证明了该方法的有效性.
In order to assess risks on equipment material support of radar in production halt overall, and provide the basis for its risk aversion, this article presents a method of risk assessment based on the combination of matrix method for improving risk and analytic hierarchy process(AHP), starting with analyzing the support risk factors of equipment material of radar in production halt. This method carries out assessment on the secondary risk index by using the improved algorithm of risk matrix, uses the APH to analyse the risk level of the upper indicators of risk step by step, and finally obtains the comprehensive quantized value for support risk of material.Applicable examples prove the effectiveness of this method proposed.
