To advance the transition of the sergeants psychological education and training mode,this article uncovers the significant value of triplicity mode on psychological education and training, by multiple dimensional annotating and elaborately conceiving the basic connotation, main contents, operational mechanism and main features as well as other aspects of sergeants＇ triplicity mode on psychological education and training, based on which, it also presents a method of carrying forward triplicity mode on psychological education and training to the long-acting and ordinary state triplicity mode on psychological education and training to pattern of psychology education and running, in terms of such three aspects as intensifying the goal system, support sytem and operation system.
