钻削碳纤维复合材料刀具磨损与加工质量的研究 被引量:6

Experimental study on tool wear and machining quality in drilling carbon fiber composite

摘要 使用麻花钻进行钻削碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料T800的试验,研究了刀具磨损对轴向力、钻削温度以及出口形貌的影响。结果表明:随着转速增大,后刀面磨损值增大;转速低于4 000 r/min时,后刀面磨损值增大比较平缓,高于4 000 r/min时,后刀面磨损急剧增大;随着进给速度增大,后刀面磨损值呈现先减小后增大的规律,在进给速度为60 mm/min时最小;随着刀具磨损增大,轴向力以及钻削温度增大,孔出口形貌变差;在转速低于1 000 r/min时,刀具磨损对温度影响很大,当转速高于2 500 r/min时,随着刀具磨损增大,温度增大比较平缓。 Carbon fiber reinforced plastics composites T800 is drilled by carbide twist drill. The effect of tool wear on the axial force, cutting temperature and the quality of hole are detected. The research results show that the flank wear increases with the increasing rotating speed, when the speed is lower than 4 000 r! min, flank wear value increases slowly ; when the speed above 4 000 r/min, flank wear increases sharp- ly. With the feed increasing, flank wear decreases firstly and then increases, and when the feed is 60 mm/min,the wear is minimum. In the process of machining, the harder tool wear, the greater the drill axial force, then the higher cutting temperature and the lower the quality of hole. When speed is lower than 1 000 r/min, the temperature increases slowly with the increasing wear.
