摘要 为解决3D打印系统中数据格式不统一以及现有一些数据格式计算复杂的问题,提出了一种基于分层的截面数据格式。由一组垂直于某个轴方向的平面去截取三维模型,可以获取一组截面。每个截面包含了1个或者多个闭合的曲线,形成一定的图形。以这些截面上的图形描述作为数据的格式,避免了STL(stereo lithography)格式的三角片面逼近和打印时分层求交的大量计算问题。 In order to solve the problem of no -uniform of 3D data format and of complex for existing data format, presents a slice - based data format called section data format. If a 3 D sculpt is intersected by a group of planes, a group of section planes will be obtained. On each section plane, there will be a figure which is formed by intersection of the planes and the margins of the 3D sculpt. The so - called section data format is the description of the figures. The section data format doesn' t have the mass of calculation which is a big problem of STL format caused by triangle plane approach algorithm and intersection calculation.
