摘要
针对机床主轴运转时温度过高的问题,结合通讯、传感器和上位机组态等技术设计了基于PLC的机床主轴温度检测控制系统,并给出了系统的硬件和软件设计。该设计具有自动化高、灵敏度高、实时性好、稳定性好、成本低等优点,解决了因为机床主轴温度过高引起的加工精度下降问题,为提高机床加工精度和机床无故障运行提供了可靠保证。
In view of the problem of high temperature while the machine tool spindle run, combined with the com- munication technology, sensor technology and PC configuration technology, design the machine tool spin- dle temperature detection control system based on PLC, and the hardware structure of the systerm and software design are given. The design has high automation, high sensitivity, good real -time performance, high stability, low cost and other advantages. The problem of machining accuracy decline caused by the high temperature of machine tool spindle is solved. The processing precision and trouble - free operation of machine tool are ensured by the system.
