摘要
针对大型淬硬内齿圈加工精度低的问题,提出了一种"插齿、渗碳、压力淬火"的新加工工艺。经工艺试验分析表明,新工艺加工出的工件在齿形、齿向、端面平面度等方面均有明显提升,硬度、金相组织等技术指标也符合使用要求。
In order to solve the problem of low machining accuracy in the large hardened annular gear, the new production process of the shaping, carburizing and press quenching is introduced. The results reveal that the machined workpiece has better performance in tooth profile, tooth trace, surface flatness, and the hardness and metallographic structure also meet the design requirements.
