摘要
针对曲面箱体侧壁的非线性加工变形问题,提出基于三维误差补偿的曲面重构法,将不同深度上的轮廓变形点输入CAD/CAM软件,根据一定的算法获得轮廓变形点的反向补偿点,由反向补偿点插值生成不同深度的反向补偿轮廓曲线,利用反向补偿轮廓曲线生成的网格曲面可以重构变形后的箱体侧壁曲面并进行5轴数控编程,同时补偿轮廓方向和深度方向上的加工变形,实现误差补偿和数控编程一体化。实践验证了综合方案的有效性,在生产中实用性强。
Against non - linear machining deformation of side walls of curved surface housings, a method of surface reconstruction based on 3 D error compensation is proposed. By.the method, outline deformation points in different depths are input into the CAD/CAM software, the opposite compensation points of outline de- formation points are attained by certain algorithms, opposite compensation outline curves in different depths are produced by interpolating of the opposite compensation points, deformed surface of side walls of the housings can be reconstructed by mesh surfaces that are made of the opposite compensation outline curves and are used for 5 - axis CNC programming. The method simultaneous compensates machining deformation down outline and depth, integrates the compensations with CNC programming and has proved to be verified very applicable by practice.
