摘要
介绍了斜撑式超越离合器用楔块的特点,从尺寸规格、截面形状、质心位置以及工作型面的角度对楔块进行了分类,并阐述了每种楔块的特点和应用场合,可根据不同的工况要求,选用不同种类的楔块,也探讨了目前楔块常用的成型方法,可为楔块的加工生产提供参考。
This paper introduces the characteristics of sprag utilized in overrunning clutch, the sprag is classified in form of size, shape of cross section, centroid position and the working surface, the characteristics and application fields of each sprag are also described. According to different working conditions, appropriate sprag is choosed. Conventional processing methods are also discussed in this article, which can provide references for the production of sprag.
