摘要
以某五坐标立式加工中心为例,介绍了整体防护部件的关键设计要素,分析并改进了原有结构,用全新的思路实现了相关功能,兼顾外观性与制造工艺性,为类似机床的相关设计提供借鉴和参考。
Taks as an example the complete guard of an 5 - axis vertical machining center, introduces the key points of design factors, analyzes and improves the original structure, realizes the functions in complete- ly new thoughts, considers the appearance and manufacturability, guides the design of complete guard in similar machining centers.
