实用躯干综合治疗台在退行性脊柱炎患者治疗中的有效性

Practical comprehensive torso therapeutic table in treatment for patients with degenerative spondylitis

目的分析实用躯干综合治疗台在退行性脊柱炎患者治疗中的有效性。方法随机选取医院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的60例退行性脊柱炎患者，依据治疗方式的不同，分为研究组（30例）和对照组（30例）。对照组患者采取常规内固定手术治疗，研究组患者给予实用躯干综合台治疗，对两组患者临床效果进行比较，分析实用躯干综合治疗退行性脊柱炎的有效性。结果对退行性脊柱炎患者，临床中应用实用躯干综合治疗，可以降低患者疼痛，促进炎症恢复，发挥有效性，研究组经实用躯干综合治疗后，临床疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在临床治疗退行性脊柱炎患者中，对其应用实用躯干综合治疗台，改善患者临床治病效果，降低并发症的形成，提高治愈率，具有实际的应用价值。

Objective to analyze the efficacy of practical comprehensive torso therapeutic table in the treatment for patients with degenerative spondylitis. Methods 60 patients with degenerative spondylitis admitted into our hospital from January, 2014 to January, 2015 were randomly selected and then were divided into a study group and a control group according to different treatment methods, 30 for each group. The control group were treated with routine internal fixation surgery and the study group with practical comprehensive torso therapeutic table. The clinical efficacies were compared between these two groups. Results Treating patients with degenerative spondylitis with practical comprehensive torso therapeutic table could relieve the patients＇ pain and was helpful for the recover of inflammation and effectiveness. The clinical efficacy was higher in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Treating patients with degenerative spondylitis with practical comprehensive torso therapeutic table is effective, can lower the incidence of complications and increase the curative rate, and has practical application value.
