摘要
目的分析精细化管理在住院药房中的运用效果。方法把住院药房工作效率、患者满意度和差错率情况按时间分为2014年1至6月和2014年7至12月两部分,前者设为对照组:采取传统管理方法管理住院药房,后者设为观察组:采取精细化管理方法管理住院药房。比较两者的管理效果。结果实施精细化管理干预后平均候药时间由25min缩短到15min,单方调剂时间缩短2min,每人日调剂量增长了一倍多,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);干预后患者的满意度由67.35%上升到87.34%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);干预后调剂差错率由0.91%下降为0.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论精细化管理在住院药房管理中的运用效果显著,可有效改善工作人员的工作效率,提高患者满意率,降低差错率,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying delicacy management in inpatient pharmacy. Methods The conditions of work efficiency, patients' satisfaction degree, and error rate in 2014 were divided into two parts: ones in January to June as a control group and in July to December as an observation group. The inpatient pharmacy in the control group was conventionally managed and that in the observation group was managed with delicacy management. The management effect was compared between these two groups. Results After the delicacy management, the drug-waiting time was shortened from 25minutes to 15 minutes, the unilateral relief time shortened to 2 minutes, and the prescription dispensing rate was increased more than one time, with statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). After the delicacy management, the patients' satisfaction degree was increased from 67.35% to 87.34% and the error rate decreased from 0.91% to 0.13%, with statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Applying delicacy management in inpatient pharmacy can raise the staff's work efficiency, increase patients' satisfaction degree, and reduce the error rate and is worth being generalized.
