管理者非理性视角下的中小企业融资决策模型构建

摘要本文试图将管理者非理性特征的相关研究成果与中小企业融资结构的研究结合起来,将中小企业自身作为切入点,探讨管理者心理因素和人口特征对中小企业融资决策和现有融资结构的影响与作用,进而构建管理者非理性视角下的中小企业融资决策模型。
