摘要
本文设计一种基于长周期光纤光栅(LPFG)的心肌肌钙蛋白I生物传感器,其原理是利用长周期光纤光栅对外界折射率的敏感特性,在长周期光纤光栅包层外利用化学方法连上心肌肌钙蛋白I抗体生物活性膜层,利用此抗原和抗体的特异性结合,随着生物膜层特性(折射率、厚度)以及外界检测环境的变化,引起LPFG的谐振波长发生变化,通过LPFG谐振波长的移动量就能检测出是否含有对应的蛋白质抗原以及反应其含量。其优点是克服常用生物传感器要么需要体积很大的测试样本,要么需要有毒的荧光指示剂,而且还有不用参考电极、抗电磁干扰、检测快速、灵敏度高等优点。本文设计的传感器能检测出浓度4ng/ml的心肌肌钙蛋白I抗原。

Inducingbythe changes of the biologicalmembranelayerproperties (refractiveindexandthickness) and environment of outside, the resonance wavelength LPFG has an obvious change, which as a detective sign of the existence ofrespondingprotein antigens and reaction. The method has several advantages that the smaller sample non-poisonous fluorescence indicator, resistance to electromagnetic interference, a fast rate detectionand highersensitivity. Basedupon our design, the concentration of4ng/mlofmyocardiahroponin lantigencanbedetectedtrinmphandy.
