摘要
科学技术的飞速发展,翻转课堂备受国内外教育界所追捧。高职酒店管理专业的学生英语基础薄弱、学时有限,翻转课堂应用于酒店英语教学中,能够提高学生对知识的获取、提高课堂的口语锻炼的参与度、利于知识转化成能力。
With the development of science and technology, the flipped classroom as a teaching model has become popular at home and abroad. Students majoring in hotel management don＇t well in English and have a limited class hour in higher vocational colleges. The application of flipped classroom in the teaching of hotel ：English can enhance the students＇ absorption of knowledge, can make students speak a lot in class in order to put your knowledge into ability.
