专业型小班教育培养模式改革与实践——以上海海洋大学远洋渔业学院为例

由上海海洋大学与农业部渔业局、中国远洋渔业协会、中国水产总公司以及上海水产(集团)总公司共同组建和管理远洋渔业学院,建立了一套小班专业教育型的长效人才合作培养机制,是高等学校面向社会为远洋渔业企业和相关部门培养紧缺人才的一种订单式新型教育模式。

Distant-water fisheries college of shanghai ocean university （SHOU） is organized and managed by SHOU, ministry of agriculture, China distant-water fisheries association, China national fisheries corporation, shanghai fisheries general corporation （GROUP）. We established mechanism of professional small-class education mode for talent training. We constructed order-based hr training model for distant-water fisheries enterprises and the relevant departments.This new education model has obtained a remarkable effect.
