现代学徒制管理和教学模式、评价体系研究

本文选择我院新能源汽车维修技术专业的现代学徒制试点工作为研究对象。提出现代学徒制对管理、教学模式运行的要求,以及如何采取灵活多样的管理和教学模式,校内、企业、第三方的多种评价方式。实现工学交替、实岗育人,取得了较好的教学效果。

In this paper, we choose the modem apprenticeship system for the new energy automotive maintenance technology specialty in our institute.Thls paper puts forward the requirements for modern apprenticeship to management and the operation of teaching mode, and how to adopt a variety of flexible ways of the administration and teaching mode, a variety of evaluation methods of school, enterprise, third party. The realization of the alternation of engineering and the education and real education,this has achieved good teaching effect.
