模拟法庭在高校法律教学中的运用研究

当前中国高校法律教学将培育法律应用型素质人才作为首要目标,而模拟法庭教学作为实践性法律教学的有效方式之一被广泛运用于高校法律教学中。模拟法庭教学方式既符合法律教学的发展规律,同时也能够满足当今社会对法律人才综合素质的基本要求,在实践性法律教学中扮演着重要的角色,有利于高校法律人才综合素质的培养和提升。本文拟从在法律实践性教学中开展模拟法庭的必要性出发,在分析模拟法庭教学模式目前存在的问题基础上,充分提出了模拟法庭在高校法律教学中的运用措施。
