创新辅导员队伍建设 落实立德树人根本任务

党的十八大报告中明确提出,"把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人"。这不仅抓住了新时期现实教育问题的症结,也同时指明了教育改革发展的方向。辅导员工作处在高校学生教育的前沿阵地,因而如何在全面提高高等教育质量的方向下,发挥辅导员队伍在实现立德树人根本任务中的作用和影响,创新辅导员队伍的建设,将成为新时期对辅导员队伍建设提出的新要求。

Counselors＇ work is at the forefront of the education of university students, therefore, how to enable counselor team to play a good role in achieving the effect and influence of the fundamental task of morality education and innovate the construction of the counselor team,under the direction of comprehensively improving the quality of higher education, will be new requirements towards the construction of counselor team in the new period.
