机电类应用型本科人才课外培养实践 被引量:1

摘要 建设制造业强国需要大批掌握先进制造技术的应用型创新人才。地方应用型工科高校是培养机电类应用型创新人才的主要基地。课外科技实践活动是课内教学的拓展和延伸,是培养大学生实践创新能力的重要途径,应积极搭建课外培养平台,跨年级、跨专业组建开发团队,开展以学生为主体的多种实践科技创新活动,培养学生专业兴趣,开发学生创新创造能力和团队协作能力。组织课外科技创新活动应采用"学生为主、兴趣引导、项目驱动、过程监控、目标管理"的组织原则,同时不断完善激励与保障机制。 A great number of application-oriented talents who master the advanced manufacture technology are the important back-up of the construction of the manufacturing power. The regional engineering colleges are the main bases of training mechanical and electrical application-oriented talents. The extracurricular practice of scientific research is the expansion and extension of in-class teaching, and is the important approach of practical and innovative ability training. The regional engineering application-oriented colleges should build up personnel training extracurricular platform positively, form cross-grade and cross-major developing teams, carry out the activities of scientific research to train the specialization interest, creativity and innovation ability and the team cooperation ability of the students. The organization rules of the activities of scientific research are "student-centred, interest-guided, project-driven, process monitoring and target management", and the incentive and safeguard mechanisms should be improved.
