摘要
通过详细阐述网络规划阶段RNC新建、扩容方案以及载波扩容预测分析办法和推导过程,并结合中国联通提出简单扩容管理办法,为WCDMA网络RNC建设和多载波部署提供了具体而实用的参考。
New RNC and its expansion at stage of network planning, as well as carrier expansion prediction analysis and its deduction process were elaborated in this paper. According to China Unicom, simple expansion management method was presented to provide a concrete and useful reference to RNC construction and multi-carrier deployment in WCDMA network.
