阿魏酸哌嗪联合血液透析治疗肾综合征出血热急性肾衰竭的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinic Efficacy and Safety of Applying the Combined Therapy of Hemodialysis and Ferulic Acid Piperazine in Treating Acute Renal Failure Patients

目的探讨运用阿魏酸哌嗪联合血液透析治疗肾综合征出血热急性肾衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取遂宁市中心医院2011年1月至2014年3月收治的肾综合征出血热致急性肾衰竭患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组60例,试验组60例,均给予常规治疗,对照组加用血液透析治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合阿魏酸哌嗪治疗,200mg/次,3次/d,治疗4周,观察两组治疗效果及治疗前后血浆内皮素及血清肌酐变化情况,同时记录两组患者血尿素氮(BUN)达标时间及尿蛋白消失时间,并观察不良反应。结果试验组治愈率为91.67%,与对照组83.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前血浆内皮素及血清肌酐水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后明显低于治疗前,且治疗后试验组血浆内皮素及血清肌酐水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);试验组BUN达标及尿蛋白消失时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为13.33%,与对照组15.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于肾综合征出血热导致的急性肾衰竭患者,运用血液透析联合阿魏酸哌嗪治疗,效果显著,能有效促进肾功能恢复,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinic efficacy and safety of applying combined therapy of hemodialysis and ferulic acid piperazine in treating acute renal failure patients caused by renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever.Methods Selected 120 acute renal failure patients caused by renal syndrome hemorrhagicfever from January2011 to March 2014.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was treated with Hemodialysis and the observation group was given Ferulic acid piperazine treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment efficacy,renal function recovery situation and adverse reactions were compared.Results The observation group′s cure rate was 91.67% and the control group was 83.33%,there was no obvious difference（P〉0.05）;before the treatment there was no obvious difference in endothelin and serum creatinine levels between two groups（P〉0.05）,but after the treatment,the levels were obvious lower,and the observation group′s was obviously lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;the observation group′s BUN compliance and urinary protein disappearance time was both obviously shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）;the observation group′s adverse reaction incidence was 13.33% and the control group was 15.00%,there was no obvious difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion In treating acute renal failure patients caused by renal syndrome hemorrhagicfever,application of hemodialysis combined with ferulic acid piperazine treatment has significant effects,it can improve renal function recovery and has higher safety.
