2012-2014年北京西城区家庭医生式服务调查分析

A Survey Analysis on 2012-2014 Family Physician Service in Xicheng District of Beijing

目的了解居民对家庭医生式服务的认知度与签约率,为政府主管部门提供决策依据。方法对2012-2014年北京西城区家庭医生式服务进行调查,采用方便抽样的方法,在社区卫生服务机构现场对患者开展问卷调查。结果 2012-2014年北京西城区居民对家庭医生式服务的认知度和签约率逐年上升。性别、年龄、户口、文化程度和是否患有慢性病是影响家庭医生式服务的认知度和签约率的主要因素。结论建议加强家庭医生式服务的宣传力度,树立品牌家庭医生形象,创新运行机制,保障家庭医生式服务有力推进。

Objective To provide decision basis for government policy makers by conducting a survey on the residents in Xicheng District of Beijing about their degree of awareness and signing rate of family physician service during the period from 2012 to 2014.Methods Patients were selected by convenience sampling to process on-thespot questionnaires survey at community health service centers.Results From 2012 to 2014,there was a yearly increase in people＇s degree of awareness,signing rate as well as degree of satisfaction of family physician service in Xicheng District.Chi-square test showed that influencing factors included gender,age,domicile,literary and health condition,etc.Conclusion Suggestions are to promote the development of family physician service by raising public awareness,establishing brand image of family physicians,improving the service level,increasing the effectiveness of signing service and innovating the operational mechanism.
