加强医院感染控制文化建设提高医务人员手卫生依从性

Discussion on Infection Control Culture Construction in Improving the Medical Staff Hand Hygiene Compliance

目的探索感染控制文化建设在提高医务人员手卫生依从性的作用。方法以感染控制宣传周(月)活动为感染控制文化建设载体,举办以手卫生为主题的系列宣传活动,并对比分析医院手卫生感染控制文化建设前后手卫生与医院感染相关数据变化情况。结果感染控制文化建设后医务人员手卫生依从性、洗手正确率逐渐提高,医院感染率从2.18%下降到1.31%,多重耐药菌发生率从1.00%下降到0.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ICU住院病人呼吸机相关肺炎(ventilator-associated pneumonia,VAP)千日感染率从30.12‰下降到18.87‰。结论医院感染控制文化建设能有效提高医务人员手卫生依从性,降低医院感染率。

Objective To explore the countermeasures to improve hand hygiene compliance through infection control culture in hospitals.Methods Taking infection control awareness week（month）as the carrier of construction of hospital infection control culture,conducting series of hand hygiene campaign,and comparing the states of hand hygiene and hospital infection in our hospital before and after construction of hospital infection control culture.Results Hand hygiene compliance and hand correctness of medical staff increased gradually,the hospital infection rate decreased from 2.18%to 1.31%,the incidence of multi-resistant bacteria decreased from 1.00%to 0.60%,the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）,endotracheal intubation related infection rate in ICU decreased from 30.12‰ to 18.87‰.Conclusion The establishment of hospital infection control culture is one of effective measures to improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff and control hospital infection.
