我国银行业高管薪酬制度国际比较——基于上市银行数据的分析

摘要 通过对我国商业银行高管薪酬制度与国际商业银行高管薪酬制度对比分析,发现我国商业银行高管薪酬制度与国际银行业高管薪酬制度存在的差异。其次,通过对17家上市商业银行的有关数据的分析,明确我国商业银行高管薪酬制度存在的主要问题。最后,对我国建立现代商业银行高管薪酬制度提供对策。
