The functional estimation of non-language after apoplexy(report on 20 cases)

本文报导了20例脑卒中后脑高级神经活动障碍,即非语言障碍失语症常伴有这类障碍。通过病例分析进一步阐述了非语言功能(包括结构障碍、手指失认、失算、失左右定向力、失用症)评测的临床意义和具体方法。此种方法有利于对失语症进行分类,判定病损部位和性质及确定治疗方案。

It is presented that 20 cases with higher nervous activity disorder,or non-language codxis- ting with hemiplegia and aphasia after aploplexy.The clinical significance and concrete me- thod of functional estimation of non-language,including constructional disorder,hand-finger agnosia,acalculia,disorientation of left and right,apraxia,were further set forth through 20 cases analysis.This method was of benefit to classifying aphasia,to judging the cerebral location and its nature of lesion or damage and to determining the therapeutic plan.
