摘要 为提高路面平整度检测的便捷性,降低测量的能耗和成本,在国际平整度指数(IRI)计算模型的基础上,结合上海市多条沥青路面的测量实例,采用功率谱密度分析方法,提出了一种利用车内簧载竖向加速度推算IRI值的理论模型,开发了一套基于多个加速度传感器和GPS的路面平整度检测原型系统,并采用控制变量法对比分析了加速度测量位点和车速对测量结果的影响。结果表明:IRI值与加速度功率谱密度均方根值具有线性关系;与单位点测量模型相比,双位点测量模型精度更高;测试车速对测量结果的影响可利用修正系数校正;该国际平整度检测系统具有能耗低、成本低、效率高等优势,适用于大范围的路面测量评估。 To enhance convenience and reduce energy consumption and costs of pavement roughness measurement,based on the calculation model of International Roughness Index(IRI)and many field tests of asphalt pavements of Shanghai,with the method of power spectral density(PSD)analysis,a new IRI theoretical model was proposed which utilized the interior sprung vertical acceleration to calculate IRI.A pavement roughness measurement system equipped with several Z-axis accelerometers and GPS was developed as well.Controlling variable method was used to analyze the effects of driving speed and sensors'positions on results.The result shows that there exists linear correlation between IRI value and the mean square value of acceleration PSD.Also,the double-point model can significantly enhance the measurement accuracy compared with the single-point model.The effect of driving speed can be modified by correction factor.This IRI evaluation method with the advantages of low-energy,low-cost and high efficiency is appropriate for a wide range of pavement measurement evaluation.
