摘要
分析了强迫关断型真空直流断路器的工作原理,采用在真空灭弧室两端反并续流二极管的方法,推迟了真空灭弧室电流过零后两端反向电压出现的时间,提高了真空灭弧室电流的过零关断的可靠性。对该直流限流断路器系统进行理论分析仿真,最后进行实验,实验结果与理论分析一致,说明该限流断路器方案准确、可行。
The working principle of forced on-off DC vacuum switch is analyzed. By using the vacuum arcing chamber at both ends and fly-wheel diode, reverse voltage on both ends is delayed after the current of the vacuum arcing chamber is zero, and the reliability that arcing chamber at zero current is required to be shut off is improved. By theoretical analysis and simulation of the DC current limiting circuit breaker system, the experimental results are consistent with theoretical analysis, and show that the current limiting circuit breaker is accurate and feasible.
