新疆高校防范“三股势力”的对策思考

On Countermeasures of Preventing “Three Influences” in Colleges in Xinjiang

特殊的地理位置及特定的地缘政治使得"三股势力"自20世纪90年代以来逐步升级,直接影响着新疆的社会安全与稳定。作为意识形态领域斗争的主阵地,新疆高校始终处于渗透与反渗透、分裂与反分裂斗争的前沿。因此,必须从切实加强高等教育的思想政治建设,加快完善高等教育管理制度的实效性,注重增强高等教育主流意识形态的传播能力等方面构建"反应灵敏、协调有序、运转高效"的反渗透立体预警防控体系,为新疆高校教育教学工作的正常运行,为新疆社会稳定和长治久安两大历史任务的实现保驾护航。

Special geographical position and particular geopolitics make ＂Three Influences＂gradually update since 1990s, which directly impact the social safety and stability of Xinjiang. As the main battlefield in ideological fight, the colleges in Xinjiang are always in the foreland of permeation and anti-permeation, separation and anti-separation fights. Therefore, we must strengthen the thought and political construction of college education, speed the perfect of college education management system, and pay attention to improve the spread ability of main ideology in college education. We set up the stereo control system of early warning with characteristics of＂intelligent reaction, orderly coordination and efficient operation＂on anti-permeation, which helps to normal movement of education work in Xinjiang colleges, and provides support and protection for the social stability and prosperity of Xinjiang.
