摘要
为了探讨天然草地牧草优势种对天然草地牧草青贮发酵品质与养分动态的影响,通过单贮优势种,来探讨优势种对天然草地牧草青贮饲料品质的影响。采用主成分分析方法,在测定天然草地五种优势牧草发酵品质(pH值、有机酸)和对其营养成分分析(干物质、可溶性糖、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维)的基础上进行综合评价,进一步确认其优势种牧草在混合草群中的重要性。优势种牧草对混合草群的影响力的大小为:羊草、猪毛蒿、贝加尔针茅、黄花苜蓿、马蔺。
To explore the influence of different grass on natural pasture grass silage fermentation quality and nutrient dynamics,through singling mainly grass seed to explore the effect of different grass on natural pasture grass silage quality.On the basis of determinate five major natural grassland pasture's fermentation quality(pH,organic acid)and for its nourishment composition analysis(dry matter,soluble sugar,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber),using principal component analysis method to further confirm the importance of a single forage in the mixed grass group.The influence of dominant species for mixed grass group in order is:Leymus chinensis,Artemisia scoparia,Stipa baicalensis Roshev,Medicag falcate,Iris lacteal var.chinensis.
