摘要
利用TRIZ创新方法对叉车后桥振动进行系统分析,根据分析结果对问题点进行改善,找到减振可行方案,并通过方案评价,确定最优方案。对该最优方案进行试验和检测,以确保达到减小整车振动、提高驾驶舒适性的目的。
The paper systematically analyzes the vibration of the forklift rear axle with innovative TRIZ methods and tackles problems based on analysis results,finds feasible vibration-reduction plans,and determines the optimum scheme through evaluation. The optimum scheme is tested and detected to minimize the vehicle vibration and improve the driving comfort.
