介绍了龙门转运系统在铝电解车间内的工艺流程,实现了系统中阴极搬运起重机、龙门起重机、提升梁整体控制,通过无线通讯的方式实现联动及各设备之间的电气互锁,确保了铝电解车间内电解槽等重要设备的及时搬运和修复。

The paper introduces the technological process of the gantry tranfer system in the aluminium potroom,which realizes the overall control of the cathode handling crane,the gantry crane,and the lifting beam. Linkage and electrical interlock between facilities realized through wireless communication can guarantee timely handling and repair of important facilities in the aluminium potroom.
