摘要
针对目前矿山及港口大型设备制动器的使用情况,综合惯性制动器的特点,设计了一种可缓冲的离合式制动器。并以取料机为例,对其设计过程进行介绍,满足单机11 k W行走机构的使用。该设计采用模块化,简洁实用。
In view of the application of brakes of large-scale equipment in mines and ports,a clutch-type brake with buffering capacities is designed based on the characteristics of inertia brakes. With the feeder as an example,the paper introduces the design process,which enables the application of the 11 k W travelling mechanism on one machine. The modular design is adopted,which is simple and practical.
