摘要
随着带式输送机的普遍应用,托辊的需求量日益增加,针对我国托辊生产自动化水平较低的情况,通过分析现有托辊生产线和托辊生产工艺,对管体的自动上、下料系统进行设计,该系统主要由拨料装置、送料辊道、翻料装置及动力系统等组成,采用本设计减轻了工人劳动强度,可实现托辊管体在各个工位自由流转。
With the wide use of belt conveyers,the demand for idlers increases. Against the background that the automatic level of idler production in China is low,the paper analyzes the existing idler production line and production technologies,and designs the pipe automatic feeding and discharging system. The system is composed of feeding devices,the feeding roller bed,turning devices,and the power system. The design can reduce labor intensity and realize the free traveling of the idler pipe at each position.
