摘要
依据DEM(离散元)原理,应用离散元分析软件EDEM,对物料在转运站中的转载过程进行了数值模拟。研究了落料系统各部件形状及位置对料流的影响,结合实际工程经验,系统完善地设计了环保降尘防堵料系统,实现了不堵料、无冲击、快速均匀供料,同时可防洒料、防胶带跑偏。
Based on the DEM( discrete element) principle,the paper uses the discrete element analysis software to conduct the numerical simulation on the transshipment process in the transfer station. And the paper studies the effects that the shape and position of each part of the discharging system have on the material flow,and designs the environment-friendly and anti-blocking system in a systematic way based on engineering experience. And the system can feed rapidly and evenly without blockage or impact,and prevent material spilling or belt deflection.
