摘要
针对用于纸卷存储的自动化仓库起重机,详细阐述了纸卷搬运入库和出库的工艺过程,建立了基于纸卷搬运周期的系统参数模型,对系统参数进行综合考虑,不仅减小了纸厂土建尺寸,降低了成本,还使起重机的主参数更加优化合理,同时也降低了起重机的制造和运营成本,提高了其使用寿命。文中介绍了自动化仓库系统的组成,采用程序图的方式分析了入出库工艺逻辑。
In view of the automatic warehouse crane for paper roll storage,the paper details the technological process of paper roll handling in and out of the warehouse,builds the system parametric model based on the paper roll handling period. With comprehensive consideration of system parameters,the model reduces the size of the paper mill and operation cost,optimizes the main parameters of the crane,reduces the manufacturing and operating cost of cranes,and increases the service life. The paper introduces composition of the automatic warehouse system and analyzes the the technological process of paper roll handling in and out of the warehouse with procedure charts.
