大型越野带式输送机桁架结构有限元分析

Finite element analysis of the truss work of large-scale cross-country belt conveyers

以大型越野带式输送机的一段桁架梁为研究对象,采用Solid Works2012建立桁架的三维模型,通过Ansys Workbench对其进行静力分析,得出桁架梁结构的应力和变形云图,进而得出桁架受力最大的位置和应力值,为带式输送机桁架结构提供了设计依据。

The paper studies a section of truss girder of the large-scale cross-country belt conveyers,and adopts the Solid Works 2012 to develop the 3D model of the truss. With static analysis of the section based on Ansys Workbench,the paper gets the stress and deformation cloud picture for the truss beam structure,and gets the position of the truss bearing the maximum load and the stress value,providing design basis for the truss structure of the belt conveyer.
