摘要
针对桥式起重机主梁结构研究曲率模态与应变模态之间的关系,阐明曲率模态分析的理论依据及其特性,推导有关公式并据以说明曲率模态试验方法和参数识别,探讨了曲率模态在结构损伤检测等方面的应用,基于结构有限元分析软件Ansys得到主梁结构的位移模态分析数据,针对主梁的不同损伤状况进行结构曲率模态分析。研究结果表明,曲率模态分析技术不仅能准确诊断主梁的损伤位置,还可判断悬臂梁的损伤程度。
For the relation between curvature modal and stress modal of the girder structure of the bridge crane,the paper describes the theoretic basis and characteristics of the curvature modal,deduces the equation and explains test methods and parameter identification of the curvature modal,and discusses the application of curvature modal in the structural damage identification. The displacement modal analysis data is obtained for the girder structure based on the finite element analysis software Ansys. The structural curvature modal analysis is performed for different damage conditions of the girder.The study results show that the curvature modal analysis technology can correctly determine the damage position of the girder,and the damage degree of the cantilever beam.
