摘要
试验对比相同日龄及饲养条件下,长顺绿壳鸡蛋和白壳鸡蛋蛋品质及常规营养的差异,结果表明:绿壳蛋和白壳鸡蛋的蛋重、蛋壳重、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄比率、蛋白比率差异不显著(P>0.05)。蛋白高度、哈氏单位差异极显著(P<0.01),绿壳蛋哈氏单位为76.39±2.76,达到AA级;白壳蛋哈氏单位为70.19±2.11,达到A级。在常规营养指标上,绿壳鸡蛋和白壳鸡蛋粗灰分和粗蛋白含量差异不显著(P>0.05);水分含量白壳蛋略高,差异显著(P<0.05);白壳蛋的粗脂肪含量高于绿壳蛋,差异极显著(P<0.01);绿壳蛋的钙和磷均高于白壳蛋,差异极显著(P<0.01)。
This study was conducted to investigate the experimental determination of the same age and feeding conditions. They are produced by green and white shell egg shell egg quality and conventional nutrition indicators of Changshun green-shell Chicken. Inconventional nutrition indicators,green shell eggs and white shell eggs crude ash and crude protein content difference was not significant influence( P 〉0. 05); The white shell egg water content is slightly higher,extremely significant influence( P〈0. 05); The white shell egg crude fat content is higher than the green shell egg,extremely significant difference( P〈0. 01); Green shell eggs of calcium and phosphorus were higher than the white shell eggs,extremely significant difference( P〈0. 01).
